Information for MOD property servicing

To enable us to provide a safe and efficient service, we ask that you undertake any of the applicable below ahead of our scheduled arrival date.

- Clear access to the property with any parked vehicles, bins, garden furniture Etc moved away from the base of the building 

- Gates left open to enable access to gardens and other required areas of the property 

- Clear and remove any dog mess from gardens and pathways

- Secure any dogs/pets inside of your property 

The scaffold structure will include a locked ladder for security and safety, it will not be blocking any doorways, unless agreed with you previously for unavoidable reasons. Please remove any cars from driveways or garages before our arrival to ensure we do not block any access for you.
